Click and run
Type \\10.0.0.7\sonic_AV and click OK
Enter lab\sandyh
Enter your password
Click OK
Right click on vssetup.exe
Choose copy
Open my computer
paste to the C drive


click start, then run.
Type in cmd and click OK.
In the black window type cd\ and press return.
at the c:\ prompt, type vssetup.exe /uninstall
press return
Being that this is a silent install/uninstall, you will see no evidence of the uninstall or completion. It will take about 30 seconds to complete, but you should wait for a minute. After the minute is up, reboot the PC.

After the reboot 
click start, then run.
Type in cmd and click OK.
In the black window type cd\ and press return.
at the c:\ prompt type 
vssetup.exe /ck=515d5e4e5d5a43232720 /p=v

Once again, this is a silent install so you will see no activity indicating the VSSetup tool is running. The 2 ways to tell when the install is complete are by seeing the Mcshield in the system tray. 
And by checking the Windows Task Manager> Processes, to make sure there is no longer an instance of VSSetup.exe running.
