The following provisions are provided as contractually required.  Some
provisions may not apply to how Intellifont is distributed within your
licensed copy of one or more of Esker's products due to overriding provisions
in Esker's agreement with Tech Know Systems, Ltd Co, the supplier of JetPCL.
AGFA CORPORATION LICENSE AGREEMENT
1. "Software" shall mean the digitally encoded, machine readable, scalable
outline Intellifont(R) data as encloded in a special format as well as the
Intellifont Software.
2. You agree to accept a nonexclusive license to use the Software identified
on the diskette to reproduce and display weights, styles and version of
letters, numerals, characters and symbols ("Typefaces") solely for your own
customary business or personal purposes at the address stated on the
registration card you return to Agfa Corporation. Agfa Corporation retains all
rights, title and interest to the Software and Typefaces.
3. To protect proprietary rights of Agfa Corporation, you agree to maintain
the Software and other proprietary information concerning the Typefaces in
strict confidence and to establish reasonable procedures regulating access to
and use of the Software and Typefaces.
4. You agree not to duplicate or copy the Software or Typefaces, except that
you may make one backup copy. You agree that any such copy shall contain all
the same proprietary notices as those appearing on the original.
5. This License shall continue until the last use of the Software and
Typefaces, unless sooner terminated. This License may be terminated by
agreement between you and Agfa Corporation or by Agfa Corporation if you fail
to comply with the terms of this License and such failure is not remedied
within thirty (30) days after notice from Agfa Corporation. When this License
expires or is terminated, you shall either return to Agfa Corporation or
destroy all copies of the Software and Typefaces and documentation as
requested.
6. Agfa Corporation warrants that for ninety (90) days after delivery, the
Software will perform in accordance with Agfa Corporation-published
specifications, and the diskette will be free from defects in material and
workmanship. Agfa Corporation does not warrant that the Software is free from
all bugs, errors, and omissions.
THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE
EXCLUDED.
7. Your exclusive remedy and the sole liability of Agfa Corporation in
connection with the Software and Typefaces is repair or replacement of
defective parts, upon their return to Agfa Corporation.
IN NO EVENT WILL AGFA CORPORATION BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR
ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY ABUSE
OR MISAPPLICATION OF THE SOFTWARE AND TYPEFACES.
8. Massachusetts U.S.A. law governs this Agreement.
9. You shall not sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software
and/or Typefaces without the prior written consent of Agfa Corporation.
10. Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to
restrictions as set forth in the Rights in Technical Data and Computer
Software clause at FAR 252-227-7013, subdivision (b)(3)(ii) or subparagraph
(c)(1)(ii), as appropriate. Further use, duplication or disclosure is subject
to restrictions applicable to restricted rights software as set forth in FAR
52.227-19(C)(2).
11. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND
AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE BOUND BY
ANY STATEMENT NOR REPRESENTATION NOT CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. NO CHANGE IN
THIS AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE UNLESS WRITTEN AND SIGNED PROPERLY AUTHORIZED
REPRESENTATIVES OF EACH PARTY. BY OPENING THIS DISKETTE PACKAGE, YOU AGREE TO
ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

JETPCL END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE
INSTALLING AND USING THE SOFTWARE ("LICENSED SOFTWARE") FOR WHICH THIS
AGREEMENT APPLIES. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE LICENSED SOFTWARE YOU ARE
ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO
THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE LICENSED
SOFTWARE AND RETURN THE SOFTWARE TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND.
1. The Licensed Software: This Agreement applies to the JetPCL PCL emulation
software produced by Tech Know Systems, Inc. ("Tech Know Systems") and
integrated into Esker products and sold by Esker and its resellers and
distributors.
2. License: Tech Know Systems hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive and
non-transferable right and license to use a single copy of the Licensed
Software, in object code only, on a single computer for use with Esker
products only. You do not have the right to use License Software alone and
separately from Esker products. You do not have the right to sublicense,
resell, relicense, lend or otherwise transfer the Licensed Software or any
part thereof to any third party. Any use of the Licensed Software not
expressly authorized in this paragraph is expressly prohibited. You
acknowledge that the Licensed Software is licensed to you and not sold. Except
for the license granted to you under this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree
that all right, title, and interest in the Licensed Software; including all
associated intellectual property rights, are and shall remain vested with Tech
Know Systems. You agree not to reverse engineer or modify the Licensed
Software in whole or in part.
3. License Fees: The license fees paid by you are paid in consideration of the
license granted under this Agreement.
4. Term: This Agreement shall begin upon your installation of the Licensed
Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement
at any time by discontinuing all use of the Licensed Software, uninstalling
the Licensed Software and destroying all copies of the Licensed Software. Tech
Know Systems may terminate this Agreement upon your breach of any term of this
Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, you agree to
cease all use of the Licensed Software and delete all copies of the Licensed
Software from your computer.
5. Limited Warranty: THE LICENSED SOFTWARE IS LICENSED "AS IS" AND ALL FAULTS
AND THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND
EFFORT IS WITH YOU. TECH KNOW SYSTEMS AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL
WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6. Limitation of Liability: Tech Know Systems' cumulative liability to you or
any other party for any loss or damages resulting from any claims arising out
of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Licensed Software shall
not exceed the license fees paid by you for the use of the Licensed Software.
In no event shall Tech Know Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental,
punitive, or consequential damages, including lost revenues, whether based on
contract or otherwise, even if Tech Know Systems have been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws
of the State of California, without regard to its choice of law rules.
8. Severability: Should any term of this Agreement be declared void or
unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall
have no effect on the remaining terms of this Agreement.
9. No Waiver: The failure by either party to enforce any rights granted
hereunder or to take action against the other party in the event of any breach
hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver by that party as to subsequent
enforcement of rights or subsequent actions in the event of future breaches.
10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between
you and Tech Know Systems with respect to the subject matter hereof and
supersedes any prior agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the
subject matter of this Agreement, and may be amended or modified only by
written instrument signed by the parties hereto.

MONOTYPE IMAGING LICENSE AGREEMENT 
1. "Software" shall mean the digitally encoded, machine readable, scalable
outline data as encoded in a special Intellifont and/or   Microtype format as
well as the Universal Font Scaling Technology ("UFST") Software.
2. You agree to accept a nonexclusive license to use the Software identified
on the diskette to reproduce and display weights, styles and version of
letters, numerals, characters and symbols ("Typefaces") solely for your own
customary business or personal purposes at the address stated on the
registration card you return to Monotype Imaging, Inc. ("Monotype Imaging").
Monotype Imaging retains all rights, title and interest to the Software and
Typefaces.
3. To protect proprietary rights of Monotype Imaging, you agree to maintain
the Software and other proprietary information concerning the Typefaces in
strict confidence and to establish reasonable procedures regulating access to
and use of the Software and Typefaces.
4. You agree not to duplicate or copy the Software or Typefaces, except that
you may make one backup copy. You agree that any such copy shall contain the
same proprietary notices as those appearing on the original.
5. This License shall continue until the last use of the Software and
Typefaces, unless sooner terminated. This License may be terminated by
agreement between you and Monotype Imaging or by Monotype Imaging if you fail
to comply with the terms of this License and such failure is not remedied
within thirty (30) days after notice from Monotype Imaging. When this License
expires or is terminated, you shall either return to Monotype Imaging or
destroy all copies of the Software and Typefaces and documentation as
requested.
6. Monotype Imaging warrants that for ninety (90) days after delivery, the
Software will perform in accordance with Monotype Imaging published
specifications, and the diskette will be free from defects in material and
workmanship. Monotype Imaging does not warrant that the Software is free from
all bugs, errors and omissions.
THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE
EXCLUDED.
7. Your exclusive remedy and the sole liability of Monotype Imaging in
connection with the Software and Typefaces is repair or replacement of
defective parts, upon their return to Monotype Imaging.
IN NO EVENT WILL MONOTYPE IMAGING BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR
ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY ABUSE
OR MISAPPLICATION OF THE SOFTWARE AND TYPEFACES.
8. Massachusetts U.S.A. law governs this Agreement. 
9. You shall not sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software
and/or Typefaces without the prior written consent of Monotype Imaging.
10. Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to
restrictions as set forth in the Rights in Technical Data and Computer
Software clause at FAR 252-227-7013, subdivision (b)(3)(ii) or subparagraph
(c)(1)(ii), as appropriate. Further use, duplication or disclosure is subject
to restrictions applicable to restricted rights software as set forth in FAR
52.227-19 (c) (2).
11. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND
AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE BOUND BY
ANY STATEMENT NOR REPRESENTATION NOT CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. NO CHANGE IN

supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services
